When will my item Ship?

Please check the description of each item, some have a "made to order" status whereas some ship within 2-3 days of purchase. All items have tracking and you can track your order once shipped. 

Do you accept refunds?

Refunds are on a case basis, just contact and let me know. Custom work is not refundable.

How are the items made? All items are made in house at the studio, made on industrial lasers. The initial design is drawn then digitized then cut out and engraved with the lasers. Finishing like color is added after sanding, then the items are either finished with lacquer or resin. Each item has its own unique process and many are shown on social media's so please take a look at the socials for more info.

What do I color my "paint my own" Items with? What other supplies should I use?

All 'paint your own' items is recommended to use acrylic paint markers as there's a lot more control than normal paint.
