FAQ

When will my item Ship?

Please check the description of each item, some have a "made to order" status whereas some ship within 2-3 days of purchase. All items have tracking and you can track your order once shipped.

Do you accept refunds?

Refunds are on a case basis, just contact and let me know. Custom work is not refundable.

How are the items made?

All items are made in house at the studio, made on industrial lasers. The initial design is drawn, then digitized, then cut out and engraved with the lasers. Finishing like color is added after sanding, then the items are either finished with lacquer or resin. Each item has its own unique process and many are shown on social media's so please take a look at the socials for more info.

What do I color my "paint my own" Items with? What other supplies should I use?

All 'paint your own' items is recommended to use acrylic paint markers as there's a lot more control than normal paint.

Here's some affiliate linked items that I use often-

Paint markers- https://amzn.to/3FR6H53

Glue- https://amzn.to/4i2RLhH

Finishing Spray- https://amzn.to/4i2Lnaj

What lasers do you use?

I use 2 lasers currently. The first laser is the Glowforge Pro. I've loved Glowforge lasers since they came out, as they take up little space and are a great intro to those who don't know a lot about lasers. I also work as a designer for their catalog making many exclusive designs for the catalog for people to download and use.

I have an affiliate link for this laser here- This link gives you $500 off a Pro or Pro HD, $250 off a Plus or Plus HD, a $50 gift card with Glowforge Aura, or a $25 gift card with Glowforge Spark.

The second is a much larger machine, but still highly recommend - The 100Watt Omtech 20" x 28" laser. This is a machine that is generally cheaper than Glowforge but is much more involved and requires software outside of the machine- most use Lightburn, a software for lasers. I personally love this machine for high output but it is very large and I think you should also invest in a water chiller to use it.

I have a discount code for any Omtech laser- Use the code: razorlaser
