How to place Custom Sheet Engravings!

When ordering custom engraving, it's done by sheet; not by item. So it doesn't matter if there's 100 designs or 1, as long as it all fits on the sheet.

Each sheet has an engraving area of 11.5 inches by 18.5 inches.

Here's an example of what this means:

On one sheet you can make 45 (2X2 inch) designs and then an extra smaller 1 inch chunk still available to use.

It's recommended to measure your designs so you know what all can fit on a sheet so you know exactly how many sheets to order.  Having different sized designs allows for less waste on each sheet.

When making the designs you can send them in a couple different ways:

It's recommended NO GREY in your designs, just black or white, otherwise it may change drastically when being converted for engraving.

If you know how to use adobe illustrator, then please just send the design as an SVG file, with black fills for the engraved areas and a 1pt stroke in red for the cut lines. It should look like this:

If you do not know how to use illustrator

You can either send the image with no border and one can be created for you, or if you have a very specific cut line you desire, then send the design in 2 parts, one in a cut line PNG and one in an engrave line PNG. An Example would look like this:

PLEASE- write either in the notes section or in the file name the size you want the design to be. A file name example would be: Garfeild2X2inches.png

You can upload images to the order directly when purchasing, however if you haven't done so it can also be emailed to: Hollyistotallycool@gmail.com (I use my personal email for fastest response time) Please include order number when emailing.
